Banking Replatform

Alliant is adopting an enterprise banking platform to rebuild the entire online banking experience. I was the design system lead and owner of 17 journeys in this XXL-sized project, working with 5 designers, 3 product owners, and 2 dev teams. The project is still in progress.

Alliant wanted to grow its deposit balance by improving the CD experience. I was part of a 5-person R&D team where I helped define the problem and led the redesign of CD account opening. I later expanded the scope to include CD Renewal and Product Explorer to drive further impact.
